I need to get updated contact for Carbon Farms & Retreat. I made an investment and after attending conference in Dallas last year I haven’t had any contact. I was told that I would be able to come visit the farm and no communication has been made. I have reached out several times via email with no response. I’ve tried calling number listed and number is disconnected. I would really just like to know how to get a refund and keep it moving.
BUYERS BEWARE (CAVEAT EMPTOR): Kylynn Coleman the CEO of CARBON FARMS AND RETREAT, LLC and SUPER WOMAN PRODUCTIONS, LLC owes thousands of dollars for return on investments under 4 different contracts that I signed with her starting December 2021. The return on investments were due December 2022. I’ve sent invoices and emails. No avail. This company is misleading the people during zoom calls, stating that they are in compliance and still licensed with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) when they are not as of 08.25.2023. They are telling people they have a active farm in operation when they do not. Per Oklahoma officials the farm address that is listed with OMMA appears to be abandoned. They are telling people they paid out over 6 figures in return on investments on December, 02, 2022 without providing any proof and that we have to wait in line to get only a refund of the initial investment amount and monthly maintenance fees paid to them on a monthly basis to maintain your invested cannibas plants that they haven’t paid. Other new investors are stating that the company held a conference in Dallas, TX that should have been held at their farm location in Jones, Oklahoma and that the company several numbers are disconnected. They are using invalid addresses to list their business such as the BBB. Since my complaint with the BBB, the company has added a second address. They do not have 2 locations. According to google they do not have even had 1 location. The business is listed “temporarily closed.” It has been over 30 days since my complaint with the BBB in Oklahoma and the BBB still has not listed my complaint with 2 others. As of Sep. 16, 2023, It only shows the 2 complaints from 2 people that filed the summer of 2023. If there is anyone else that invested with this company and have not received the monies owed to them, I suggest you file a complaint with the BBB in OK, OK Attorney Generals Office, the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. If you are interested in pursuing this further, collectively, email me at gilmorenintuxi@gmail.com. We demand and it is time for justice and just compensation for these wrongs and breach of contracts. Is Kylynn Coleman and her partners on the run and hiding now after they could no longer mislead and string along the people?
