Texas Health Co-op was created to fill a void in Texas where patients can not access full spectrum, full strength cannabis. In doing due diligence on this subject, it was evident that Texas patients were never in mind when the current rules were written with and for DPS, by out of state groups who just want to capitalize on this plant and the patients who are literally dying for it.
