Christina Dockter: VP of Operations
Christina Dockter was raised on a dairy, livestock and grain family farm, and currently operates a purebred and commercial beef operation with her husband and four children, giving her a great deal of background in agriculture.
In 1999 she was hired as the Bookkeeper at ICS. Through the next few years her duties expanded, giving her the opportunity to work not only in accounting, but also as the coordinator for the President and CEO and then as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2002, Christina became the Director of Corporate Operations and joined the Board of Directors, where she now serves as President. As of January 2005, Christina served as one of the ICS’ Senior Executive Partners until 2011 when she became the President & CEO. She is responsible for overall company-wide quality assurance, program administration, corporate operations, and FARRMS liaison.
Christina believes in the future of our youth and the impact they will have in the future of agriculture. She is on the local Vocational Agriculture Advisory Board, a 4-H organizational leader, and the co-leader for the North Dakota Junior Gelbvieh Association.
Tessa Tripp: Certification Team Lead
Tessa was hired in July 2008 as a Certification Team Coordinator, served as a Customer Care Specialist 2009 to 2014 and then moved into a Compliance Specialist position in March 2014. In September 2016, Tessa stepped into the role of Certification Team Co-Lead, but as of July 2018, she is a Certification Team Lead for ICS. She brings educational experience in Crop and Weed Science and Natural Resources Management and was also raised on livestock and grain farm in central North Dakota. Tessa conducts compliance reviews, inspections and makes final certification decisions for crop, livestock and handling scopes.
Marlene Ells: Business & Development Team Lead
Marlene joined the company in December 2006 as the Business Development Team Representative and moved to the Business Development Team Leader in 2010. She has experience and knowledge with foodservice distribution and food brokerage companies. Marlene has also conducted training seminars and coordinated food shows along with her extensive sales experience.
Tara Koenig: Office Coordinator/Business & Development Team
Tara was hired in April 2015. She lives on a beef cattle farm. Tara provides support to the Certification Team, along with maintaining smooth functioning of the office, answering telephones, maintaining personnel schedules, and ordering supplies. She was moved to the Business & Development Team in August 2016.
Sherri Iszler: Compliance Specialist
Sherri was hired in September 2005 and brings experience in broadcast operations management, customer service and communication. She has experience as a Customer Care Specialist prior to moving into Compliance Specialist.
Dawn Krapp: Accounting/Quality Control Specialist
Dawn joined the company in October 2005. Her Quality Control responsibilities include accreditations and registrations; document creation and revisions. She is also responsible for accounts receivable and month-end financials, along with other functions of the accounting department. Dawn brings experience in customer service, communication, organization, and accounting.
Brittany Tripp: Customer Care Specialist
Brittany was hired July 2012. She has farm administration experience and helps work cattle on a family livestock operation. Brittany started by assisting the Customer Care Specialist Team in addition to other departments within ICS. She provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Jami Reister: Customer Care Specialist
Jami was hired in October 2009 as Certification Team Coordinator and moved into the position of Customer Care Specialist in 2012. Jami has an Accounting Associates Degree and Medical Administrative Degree. She brings experience in customer service from working with the family retail meat business. In addition she and her husband operate a cattle farm. Jami provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Jessica Hofmann: Customer Care Specialist
Jessica was hired in April 2015 and brings experience in customer service. Jessica provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Tammy Schlecht: Customer Care Specialist
Tammy has been with ICS since 1998. She lives on a grain and beef farm. Tammy provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Amanda Guthmiller: Customer Care Specialist
Amanda was hired in December 2015. She brings experience in customer service and management. Amanda provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Kirsten Welinski: Customer Care Specialist
Kirsten was hired in May 2017. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in animal science. She was born and raised on a cattle and grain operation. Kirsten provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Bailey Dockter: Customer Care Specialist
Bailey was hired in May 2017. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science and minored in Ag Business. She was born and raised on a livestock operation. Bailey provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
Mike Fabrizio: Customer Care Specialist-
Mike joined the ICS team in November 2018 with a focus on Organic and Non-GMO certification. Mike was part of the Chipotle customer service team where he worked restaurants, farmers and even scientists! After Chipotle committed to going to Non-GMO in 2015, he was recruited to the supply chain team where he took over all traceability processes.
Mariana Chapela: Customer Care Specialist
Mariana was hired in December 2018. She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she spent three years working in the organic certification industry. She received her undergraduate degree in Agronomy from Universidad Nacional de Lujan, her Master’s in Entomology from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Colorado State University as well.
Ethel Heinle: Office Assistant
Ethel was hired in May 2002 and comes to ICS with a secretarial Associate degree and previous office experience. She and her husband operate a beef cattle farm. Ethel provides support to the Certification Team.
