I then went on to post the following message on the original article.
“Update as of 7:45pm 8/8/2023 Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has reached out to the author of this article, and asked that the OMMA name, respectfully be removed from the story. This will take place when the answers to the questions below are answered and correct information will be published and agencies not involved will be removed and a proper acknowledgment will be issued by me, Lee West, author of the article. The evidence I have seen to date does not warrant any such correction, but I will be responding to the OMMA representative as soon as possible.” – The author appreciates the opportunity to correct any mistakes of fact made below, if any.
My response and questions were sent the next morning back to Porsha
** update on 8/12/2023 – Upon speaking with their attorney on August 11, 2023 the local attorney withdrew his representation and counsel, only after this last defendant asked for their discovery, to which there were only 120 pages given, and defendant refused to take a plea agreement arranged by the Department of Justice. **
Then on August 18th, 2023, after not having heard back from OMMA, I published the following additions to the first article that I have since transcribed here, from there, to help make the first article more readable, and reliable and allow for this response and additional context, to hold their own water.
“As of Noon on August the 18th, 2023; the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority has not responded to the submitted questions below, so that the author can correct any mistakes of fact presented in this chopped up, ugly to read article. Retractions have always been silent without much notice, and now I can see why.
There are very few instances that I will publish something that I do not believe to be true, and when I do publish a known false statement, it is 100% of the time, a quote from someone else stating something.
Usually when an agency wants something untrue taken down, they will refute claims with evidence. There has been zero evidence presented to date, to the author, that warrants any further changes to the validity of the facts or claims presented this article. This article is subject to change in the format and style in order to repair the ugly job I have done in editing and adding dates to responses or requests to change content by named parties.
Adding another video to help describe the type of situation that is going on all across the United States of America in the weaponization of legal documents, legal precedent and local court room procedure to extend Federal Immunity for local law enforcement officers of the court that are un-elected and usually not formally trained in the practice of the law, and don’t believe they are breaking any rules if the feds tell them they “can” do something.
