I’m pretty upset there isn’t a way I can get a hold of your company directly. I bought 2 grams of your dabs. You put it on PLASTIC wrapping so I’m paying for a gram and I’m getting .5 because even after I put it in the freezer for 24 hrs it still DOESNT COME OFF THE PLASTIC! You should use parchment paper not wax paper, not plastic. I am a very dissatisfied customer and word around my town is we will be boycotting your product because of this. I’m out money and medicine but you’re doing just fine.

My issue is that you have it on cellophane it is difficult often. And lately I’ve been have a problem with the concentrate coming off the cellophane. Also the last 6 purchases have all been this sappy mess that no longer how long I freeze it it’s just sap. It seems to smell ok but smoking it I have only taken one inhale on every purches the last six purches and tossed it. Waste of money especially during times like these. I deal with chronic back pain ect. I’m not a fan of poisoning my body with narcotic medication ect.
