Navajo Police Department post pictures on Facebook about Multi-Agency Warrant Round Up with US Marshalls

WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. — Yesterday, in a coordinated multi-agency effort, the Navajo Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, Apache County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arizona Department of Public Safety, successfully conducted a warrant roundup operation targeting individuals with active federal warrants.
The operation took place in the communities of the NPD Window Rock District and resulted in the arrest of six out of ten identified individuals.
The warrants were issued for a range of serious offenses, including aggravated assault, drug-related charges and sex offenses.
The success of this roundup reflects the ongoing cooperation between agencies and reinforces the message that individuals who attempt to evade justice will be held accountable.
Authorities are urging anyone with outstanding warrants to take responsible action and turn themselves in voluntarily. This approach promotes safer outcomes for both the individuals involved and the wider community.
The collaborative operation highlights the dedication of local, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities. – From the Navajo Police Department
